Summary: The level of service and cleanliness of the hotel was not as good a year ago. Noticeable decline in the level of service one year apart.

Summary: Amazing rooms. Great service. Friendly staff. The hotel looks and feels like a chalet with amenities and luxury you want on your weekend getaway. 5 stars.

Summary: We enjoyed the warm cosy atmosphere of this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the spa. The staff were friendly. However, we feel that the breakfast menu could be better. The continental offerings were particularly disappointing. The prices were also very high ($90 for a cooked breakfast and coffee for 2).

Summary: This staff of this hotel was so attentive and friendly. We came for the snow and there is a shuttle to Lake Louise which made it easier than driving up to the hill. The restaurant was amazing. Will be back!

Summary: Great service from front desk who helped us with traveling to Jasper and the road conditions. Room was spacious and very nice. Hotel was nicely decorated for holidays and restaurant is very good as well.
